2.6 INSTALLATION OF THE SCSI CARD
2.6.1 PC USERS
2.6.1.1 ADAPTEC SCSI CARD
Hardware Installation
1. Turn off your computer.
2. Plug the SCSI card in an available slot of your computer. Be
sure to screw it firmly.
3. Turn on your computer.
Software Installation
Windows 3.1
If your scanner comes with an Adaptec AVA-1505Ae, then the installation
of the SCSI card driver will be complete during the installation of the
scanner driver.
Windows 95/Windows 98/Windows NT4.0
Windows 95/98 has embedded driver support for your host adapter.
When you start Windows 95/98, the host adapter is detected and the
appropriate driver is automatically installed.
